WItchy Wares was created in the search for a robe for a dear friend's birthday. Looking online, we found the prices outrageous and the quality of those affordable ones to be poor. So, we set about on our mission: to create a pattern for custom robes that are not only personalized, but reasonably priced and superb quality. With 22 years of sewing experience, it did not take long. The robe was created, our friend was ecstatic, and Witchy Wares came into being. Then practitioners here in Chicago started to notice and the orders started coming in.

SInce then, we are proud to have expanded our inventory into not only quality hand crafted robes, cloaks, bags, and wands (to name a few of our crafted items), but also hard-to-find crystals, statuary and so much more.

Our creator is a firm believer in promoting and standing by those in the metaphysical communities. She is the High Priestess of the practicing Coven The Order of Yggdrasil, based in Chicago, and a practioner herself for over 36 years. All of our items are cleansed and blessed, (unless requested not to) before they are shipped or picked up. Custom orders are encouraged and creativity is appreciated.

Not only do we operate as a business, but we help support The Order of Yggdrasil so no member ever has to pay a due.
