• If any item is damaged , you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one of the same value, be it similar or not. You can return or exchange a product for up to 7 days from the date you received it. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it, and packaged according to USPS shipping guidelines to prevent further damage during return shipping.   All items are insured while shipping, if any item is damaged during shipping, contact us to assist with an insurance claim.    Customer is responsible for return shipping charges including full insurance.  A description of the damage, and clear pictures must be taken of all items before return shipment, and emailed to witchywareschicago@gmail.com. If the item is damaged during return shipping and was not insured for the full amount, we reserve the right to deny the return, exchange, or refund.
