Blue Rose Quartz is a rare and recently discovered variety of quartz known for its gentle, soothing energy and unique color, combining the properties of traditional pink rose quartz with an added dimension of emotional clarity and spiritual communication.

Geologically, Blue Rose Quartz is a form of microcrystalline quartz found primarily in a single, limited location in Madagascar, with the base color of the quartz varying from a deep pink to a pale, hazy girasol shade. The unusual blue-to-lavender undertones and hues are caused by microscopic fibrous inclusions of minerals, currently believed to be dumortierite or tourmaline, within the quartz structure. This gives the stone its distinctive appearance and the potential for a blue "glow" or girasol effect under certain lighting conditions. Like other forms of quartz, it has a durable hardness of 7 on the Mohs scale, making it suitable for a variety of uses.
