Nakauriite

Nakauriite is a highly rare and newly discovered mineral, making it a unique and specialized stone in both geological and metaphysical contexts. Geologically, it is a complex copper sulfate carbonate hydroxide hydrate mineral. It was first discovered at the Nakauri mine in Japan, after which it was named, and has since been found in only a few other localities worldwide, including the United States and Scotland. It forms as fracture fillings in serpentinite rock, often in association with other minerals like chrysotile, malachite, and brochantite, in oxidized copper deposits. It is a soft mineral, rating around 3 to 4 on the Mohs scale, and typically appears as transparent to translucent, small, fibrous, sky-blue or light green aggregates.
Metaphysically, nakauriite—often marketed under trade names like "Blue Ice" or "Glacierite"—is considered a powerful, high-vibration stone, with many of its properties still being intuitively explored due to its recent discovery. It is primarily associated with serenity, clarity, and communication. Its calming energy is believed to promote emotional healing, dissipate stress and anxiety, and bring a sense of inner peace and balance.
Spiritually, nakauriite is highly linked to the Throat, Third Eye, and Crown Chakras, facilitating honest and open communication, enhancing intuition, and unveiling latent psychic abilities. Practitioners use it to clear energetic blocks, release old emotional wounds or karmic patterns, and connect with spirit guides or divine wisdom.
It is also known as the "Artist's Stone" as it is believed to ignite creativity, encourage self-expression, and provide clarity to distinguish reality from outdated beliefs, making it an aid for self-discovery and transformation.
