This oil honors one of the most sacred rites in some traditions — the act of Drawing Down the Moon. In this ritual, the Goddess is not symbolically acknowledged but truly invoked, her presence entering the circle as divine energy or, in rare cases, through the vessel of the High Priestess in what we call Divine Possession.
Yes, that term may stir discomfort in those unfamiliar, but it is not what pop culture or fear-mongering would have you believe. This is a deeply loving, consensual, and transformative connection with the Divine. The Priestess is never harmed or lost to this experience — only temporarily opened as a channel of compassion, wisdom, and sacred power.
Our rite is ancient in spirit, echoing the Divine Horsemen of Haitian Vodoun and the trance states of Sufi Zikr. Through chanting, song, dance, and invocation — often under the Full Moon — we call the Goddess near.
This oil was crafted with reverence for that ritual. It is meant to support invocation, deep meditation, full moon rites, or communion with the Goddess in any form she chooses to come to you. Please approach it with the same sacred respect with which it was made.

This was made from a very old family recipe by our High Priestess in a Sacred Space.
