💛🩵❤️ A Few Important Updates, Some Real Talk, and a Little Witchy Warning 🖤💚💙

PLEASE READ GUYS! I know its long... but I need to put this out there...

Alright, my lovely little chaos goblins... We need to have a chat because there is a LOT going on right now, and I want to be completely transparent with all of you.

So grab your coffee, your tea, or whatever gets you through the day, because this is going to be a long one.

FIRST, LET'S TALK ABOUT MY HEALTH...

For over a week now, I have been dealing with some kind of allergic reaction that nobody can seem to figure out. I keep breaking out, and we have absolutely no idea what is causing it.

I'm currently taking 40 mg of prednisone, Benadryl, and other antihistamines, and I'm STILL breaking out.

I'm waiting to get in with an allergist to hopefully figure out what the hell is happening...

In the meantime, the medications are absolutely kicking my ass. Between the reaction itself and the side effects of everything I'm taking, I am barely functioning some days.

And unfortunately, I cannot just wave my wand, tell my body to stop being an asshole, and magically make everything better. Trust me, I've considered it...

So please understand that if I'm slower than usual, quieter than usual, or not getting things done at my normal pace, this is why.

THE LITTLE BATH BOX OF HORRORS UPDATE

With everything going on medically, I have made the decision that there will NOT be a November Little Bath Box of Horrors.

Instead, our Doctor Who themed box will be moving to December!

And listen, if you know me, you KNOW how much I love Doctor Who. This box deserves to be absolutely spectacular, and I have some seriously fun things planned for it.

But this is not a box I can throw together while feeling like a half dead Victorian ghost being held together by antihistamines and sheer spite...

I want to give it the attention, creativity, and energy it deserves...

I'll be posting more information about the December box as soon as I can...

FACEBOOK IS BACK ON ITS BS

Apparently, Facebook has decided that groups need yet another layer of automated nonsense, and there is a new bot restricting posts.

Because clearly, running a small business wasn't already enough of a circus...

I've always had access to Uriah's Facebook account, but with the way things are going, I may need to start using his account more frequently to post and communicate.

So if you haven't already sent Uriah a friend request, PLEASE do so!

That way, if Facebook decides to throw me into the digital dungeon for absolutely no reason, we still have another way to stay connected.

NOW FOR SOME SMALL BUSINESS REALITY...

This is probably one of the harder things for me to talk about, but I have always believed in being transparent with you guys.

The economy is rough. Sales have slowed down, and the cost of running a small business continues to climb.

We are not some giant corporation with unlimited resources. We are a small, family run business. We have bills to pay, a family to support, and a business that we have poured years of our lives, money, energy, and love into building...

And the reality is that we need to get ourselves into a better financial position.

I want to be VERY clear that I am not blaming anyone for this. Everyone is dealing with their own financial struggles, and I completely understand that buying crystals, bath products, and witchy goodies isn't always at the top of the priority list.

But I also have to make decisions that allow us to keep doing what we love.

So going forward, we are going to be making a much bigger effort to do more live sales.

I miss hanging out with you guys during lives anyway, and honestly, I think we could all use a little more laughter, chaos, crystals, and inappropriate commentary in our lives.

CHANGES TO OUR BATH AND BODY RELEASES...

This is another decision that has been weighing heavily on me.

As most of you know, I love creating special limited edition bath and body collections for the sabbats.

I love coming up with new scents, new concepts, and all the little magical details that go into making each collection special.

But the cost of creating these products has gotten ridiculous.

Just to give you an example, some of the bottles I purchase wholesale are now costing between $2 and $3 EACH!

That is JUST the empty bottle.

That doesn't include the ingredients, fragrance oils, labels, packaging, supplies, or the hours of work that go into developing, making, bottling, labeling, and preparing everything.

And when you start adding all of that together, the profit simply isn't matching what it costs to create these collections.

I cannot keep pouring money into new releases when the return isn't there. As much as I love creating, I also have to be realistic...

So going forward, we will be scaling back the limited edition sabbat collections and will not be introducing new scents unless there is significant interest and demand for them.

And even then, that will have to wait until I'm feeling better and we have a clearer understanding of what is going on with my health.

OUR MAIN BATH AND BODY LINE IS NOT GOING ANYWHERE!

I want to make that very clear!

We are not getting rid of the products you already know and love. We are simply going to be more intentional about what we produce and how much money we invest in new creations.

Sometimes keeping a business alive means knowing when to pull back instead of constantly pushing forward.

And as much as my creative little witch brain hates being told no, my bank account has apparently decided to become the responsible adult in this relationship...

AND NOW, LET'S TALK ABOUT THE ENERGY, BECAUSE HOLY SHIT!

We have multiple planets in retrograde, and energetically, things have been feeling incredibly intense.

During my spell work the other night for the full moon, I felt something that I have not been able to shake.

Something feels BIG.

I cannot tell you exactly what it is, and I'm not going to pretend I have all the answers. But I know what I felt, and my intuition has been screaming at me to pay attention.

And I want to encourage all of you to do the same.

Pay attention to your bodies. Pay attention to your intuition. Pay attention to the things that feel off.

If you are experiencing unusual physical symptoms, don't ignore them. Get them checked out. Take care of yourselves.

And spiritually?

It's time to buckle down.

If you are doing healing work, follow it with protection work. Layer your protections. Cleanse your spaces. Ground yourselves. Reinforce your wards. Be mindful of where your energy is going and what you're allowing into your space.

I'm not saying the universe is about to flip the damn table, but I AM saying you might want to make sure your spiritual seatbelt is fastened.

Because something about the energy lately has me paying very close attention...

And while I don't know whether what I'm experiencing personally has anything to do with the broader energy I'm sensing, I do know that taking care of ourselves physically, mentally, and spiritually needs to be a priority.

FINALLY, FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY LITTLE BLACK HEART...

I want you all to know how much I appreciate you.

Whether you've been shopping with us for years, recently found our little corner of the witchy world, join us for lives, interact with posts, or simply hang out and support what we do, you matter to us.

Running a small business is not easy, especially right now. There are days when it feels like we're trying to keep a hundred different cauldrons bubbling while the universe keeps throwing more shit into the fire.

But I love what I do. I love creating. I love this community. And I'm not ready to give any of that up.

I just need to make some adjustments, take care of my health, and figure out how to move forward in a way that is sustainable for both my family and the business.

So bear with me while I navigate whatever the hell my body is doing, Facebook's latest temper tantrum, and the general chaos of being a small business owner in this economy.

We're still here. We're still creating magic.

We might just be doing it a little differently for a while.
