Green Jasper, though a component of many of the multi-colored Jaspers, is most rare and prized when it forms as a single green color. It ranges from pale spring green to a deep tea or olive green, and has been revered since antiquity for its powers to soothe the spirit, banish ghosts and evil thoughts, increase fertility, and bring in rain.
