If you skip this, everything else you try is going to feel off.
Not slightly off. Not “maybe it’s just me.” Noticeably off.
Your thoughts won’t stay where you put them. You’ll feel drained after basic work. Your emotions will bleed into everything you do. You won’t feel consistent, and you definitely won’t feel in control.
And then people start thinking something is wrong with them… or that magick just “isn’t working.” That’s not what’s happening. They skipped the part that actually makes everything else work.
A lot of people want to jump straight into spellwork, rituals, or spirit work because that’s the interesting part. But without grounding and centering, you don’t have control, you just have effort. And effort without control doesn’t get you results.
Grounding stabilizes your energy.
Centering focuses it.
You need both.
