At this point, you’ve already built the foundation most people skip. You’ve felt energy, you’ve moved it, and you’ve started learning how to focus your mind instead of letting it run everything. Now we connect it, because energy doesn’t just float around randomly in your body, it moves through a system. That system is what people call the chakras. Before this turns into something overly spiritual or overly simplified, let’s keep it grounded. Chakras are energy centers. They are points in your body where energy gathers, processes, and moves through. They are not separate from you and they are not something you “turn on.” They are already active. What changes is how well they function. When energy flows well, you feel it as clarity, stability, and balance. When something is off, you feel that too, and it shows up physically, emotionally, and mentally whether you recognize it right away or not.
